Let’s face it. We are living in broke, chaotic, unstable times. Worse than Covid 2020 in my opinion. And as much as people want to – myself included – absolutely NO ONE is buying crystals.
I mean, I’m sure there ARE people buying things on Etsy and Instagram, but they are the minority. And knowing my own buying habits and even those around me – I KNOW for a fact that people aren’t buying what they want, only what they need. Maybe if you have extra monies then you’ll buy something for yourself…
which leads me to this question:
How do I enjoy crystals and stones if I can’t afford to buy them?🫠😩ðŸ«
If you’re new and have recently become captivated by crystals and stones but at the same time are too broke to spend money on them, there are a few ways to still be able to enjoy crystal-stone-mineral energy. Here are my suggestions:
+ Go to your local metaphysical store and see what’s there. My very first stones were purchased from a metaphysical store with each stone varying from $4 to $8, see above photo. That’s pretty affordable. They also have descriptions for each stone so if it resonates with you at that time of purchase, that stone was meant to enter your life.
+ Look for crystal shops on Instagram who are giving away a free crystal or stone in exchange for a follow and interaction with their posts. I did this when I first started my Instagram [@metaphysical_vibes]
+ Explore other metaphysical / occult shops in your area and beyond and window shop! You don’t have to buy anything, just enjoy the minerals and their metaphysical properties.
+ Online: look at pictures of crystals and stones that you vibe with. Sometimes that is enough. The internet is a vast library – there is so much free information and lots of images of every crystal, stone or mineral you can think of. That is one of the reasons why I left a lot of the SOLD crystals and stones in the shop – their photos alone still leave an impression on me – like, I can’t believe I sold that.
For example this Aura Elestial Quartz below – it looks soooo alien and extraterrestrial! I had to put it in a space background to make it look more out of this world.
Conclusion:
We are all living with less in 2026, that doesn’t mean you still can’t enjoy the energy of crystals and stones. It also doesn’t mean you can’t experience crystal healing.
